2100 N. Davidson is a neighborhood retail and office hybrid in Villa Heights, NoDa. It’s always had good bones; it just needed the right redevelopment and property management team to give it heart, soul and a pulse — LPA was that team.

Our team renovated an existing 20,000-square-foot industrial structure from the 1950s and melded it with a newly constructed two-story building. The resulting office is warm and inviting, while hinting at its industrial roots.
