In his role as Director of Construction, Austin oversees all aspects of project development and redevelopment. He is also responsible for providing assistance with pricing, tenant improvement oversight, and the move-in of office and retail tenants.Austin has been in the Charlotte construction industry since 2010 with experience in managing new construction, tenant up-fits and renovations. He has managed and overseen close to $1.6 billion in construction throughout the southeast and joined LPA after gaining experience in managing construction as a general contractor, sub-contractor, representing owner groups and consulting for the railroad.
